About the Journal
Focus and Scope
Indonesian Journal of Educational Research (IJER) is a peer-reviewed, open access journal that provides publication of articles in all areas of educational research. It aims to promote excellence through dissemination of high-quality research findings and provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of educational research.

Peer Review Process
Every manuscript submitted to Indonesian Journal of Educational Research (IJER) is independently reviewed by at least reviewer in the form of "double single-blind review". Decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendation. In certain cases, the editor may submit an article for review to another, third reviewer before making a decision, if necessary.

Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Archiving
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.
Waiver Policy
All article published in Jurnal Pendidikan Islam (JPI) are Open Access. Open Access Publishing implies that all readers, anywhere in the world, are allowed unrestricted access to full text of artcle, immediately on publication in JPI journal. No payment is collected from the readers for accessing and using the article
